Vinay Sidharan

Vinay is responsible for driving the strategic buildout of technology at the firm and leveraging AI to enhance business purposes, align technology initiatives with the firm's broader business objectives, and ensure that technological advancements contribute directly to competitive advantage and operational excellence.

Vinay was an Associate at McKinsey, specializing in AI strategy and operational redesigns. He also has experience in quantitative trading and research from his roles at Flow Traders and AQR Capital.

Vinay received his B.A. from Northwestern University and a J.D./MBA from Columbia University where he was a Kent Scholar.
